Does it cost money to register or fill out the online waiver?
NO! Registering or filling out the waiver is FREE.
What do I need to do if I am under 20?
Jumpers under the legal age of 18 need to have a parent or legal guardian fill out the waiver for them. Please have them fill out the online waiver on our homepage.
Do I have to pay if I am just watching or accompanying someone?
It is free to just watch.（However, everyone who enters the facility is required to fill out the online waiver.)
Can I make reservations?
YES! Buy your ticket now HERE. You can also make a reservation for the party room calling to our store.
Can a child use the facility alone?
Children, age 12 and above, can come and use the facility alone. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. (The online waiver must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian for all minors under the age of 18.)
I have my own grip socks, can I use them?
Only grip socks sold at TrampolinePark.jp can be used at TrampolinePark.jp. They are high quality and reusable and inexpensive. They cost only 300 yen.
Can I jump together with my child who is under 120 cm?
You can play together in the shared area, but no adults are allowed to jump in the Small Jumper area.
Can I bring food or drinks to TrampolinePark.jp?
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the facility. You can purchase drinks and ice cream at TrampolinePark.jp. Groups who have reserved the party room can bring food into the facility.
Is there any parking available?
Yes, there is. On some weekends and holidays the parking lot can get crowded so we suggest you try to carpool.
