Online Purchase Cancellation Policy

After purchase of tickets online, the type of ticket, the date or time of use cannot be changed. Please cancel the ticket and purchase another ticket.
There is a fee for cancelling tickets as noted below.
The cancelation fee for tickets cancelled on the date of use is 100% of the ticket price.
The cancelation fee for tickets cancelled on the day before the date of use is 50% of the ticket price.
The cancelation fee for tickets cancelled two days before the date of use is 200 yen per ticket.
There is no cancelation fee for tickets cancelled three days or more before the date of use.
Any ticket cancellation requests made after 18:00 will be treated as if they were requested on the next business day.
The cancelation fees listed above are valid for all or any number of tickets purchased in one order.
In the event of a natural disaster or closure of the facility due to an emergency, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Tickets purchased online can only be cancelled online.
Staff at the store cannot cancel or refund money.
